Lauren and Chris, a 4th of July Wedding! | Indianapolis, Carmel, Indiana Wedding Photography

Believe it or not, I've been intensely busy, and things are about to get busier. Here's a great, unique wedding from this summer!

Photographer Tessa Tillett took the lead on this one, and despite the fact that I had a killer cold that day (only I'd get a cold on the fourth of July) it was still such a blast. So if you're wondering how to get married on the fourth of July, ask Lauren and Chris!

I think the key to a fourth of July wedding is lots of red, white, and blue, a ton of hilarious friends, a magazine-perfect ring bearer and flower girl, and a seriously incredible dance party.

Laura and Austin, Married! | Sheridan, Indianapolis, Indiana Wedding Photography

I loved editing these photos - I can just hear Laura's beautiful laugh throughout all of them. They are so incredibly overjoyed to be married to one another and it's so obvious! I absolutely love weddings like this, where everyone is wearing their hearts on their sleeves. The rain was the perfect, perfect touch.

I'd like to thank my assistant of the day, Lisa Walker! After editing photos for a few weeks, sometimes it's hard to remember which shots are mine and which are my assistant's, haha - but look out for the captions to see her amazing work! And visit her site!

This wedding took place at K&S Farms in Sheridan, Indiana. Please take a second to check them out if you're looking for a really beautiful venue! The owners' majestic home sits on the property, which is where Laura and Austin and all their buds got ready for the day. Definitely an amazing one stop shop for weddings and receptions!
